School Uniforms

Shepherd Elementary is a uniform school and all students must come to class in a proper uniform every day. (There are a few exceptions for field trips and special activity days.) Shepherd uniforms consist of a white shirt or blouse (with a collar) and navy blue bottoms—pants, shorts, skirts, or skorts. Please review the Parent-Student Handbook for more information about Shepherd’s dress code.

The Shepherd school uniform is not logo or brand-specific. Parents may purchase school uniforms from any store or website that sells the appropriate items. If you’re not sure where to go, the SES PTA recommends:

• French Toast

• Land’s End School Uniform Shop
  Specify Shepherd “Preferred School Number” when placing an order from the Lands’ End School Uniform catalog or Lands’ End School Uniform website. Shepherd’s Preferred School Number:900131202.

• Shepherd’s Used Uniform Sales
  At Orientation, PTA meetings and other on-campus events, the PTA sells used uniforms—no single item more than one dollar. This activity helps families stretch their budgets and raises money for the PTA. If your child is growing out of his/her uniforms faster than wearing them out, please consider donating them to our used uniform sales program. (We are only able to accept Shepherd uniforms.)
